Log into your Hobbii account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Place the unused yarn or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and skein bands are intact to qualify for a refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
